 As you may be aware the Barrow Crossings at Helsby and Frodsham have been removed by Network Rail.

It has been brought to the groups attention that under Section 35 of the Railways Act, consultation with affected users should have taken place. Before they were removed. We have to provide evidence that the crossings have had regular use over the past five years. With this in mind, if you or any one who uses Helsby or Frodsham Stations have used the barrow crossing please contact us via the form on the Contact Us page so we can prove the crossings are used.
